Data Processing Staff Offers Helpful E-data Tips
NALF data processing staff can process your e-data spreadsheets faster and more efficiently if you remember to:

• Include your member number in the name of the file you submit. We can’t process your data unless we know who you are.
• Double-check your spreadsheet before submitting it. Make sure you complete all required fields.
• When submitting weaning or yearling updates for animals already on file, please do not resubmit birth data.
• The e-data spreadsheet cannot be used to transfer your animals. If animals in the e-data spreadsheet should also be transferred, please provide the appropriate information under a separate cover.
• As for other types of work processed through the NALF office, work from e-data will not be released until we receive payment. If you have a credit card on file at the NALF office, your account will be billed automatically. If you do not have a credit card on file, either send a check or call the NALF office to give us your credit card number. For your own protection, please do not e-mail your credit card number.
