Austin Hager of Karlsruhe, N.D., has been selected as one of the Top 10 Industry Leaders Under the Age of 40 for 2016 as published by the Cattle Business Weekly. Since 2006, the newspaper has selected individuals within the region who are deeply involved in the agriculture industry.
Hager operates Hager Cattle Company with his wife Leah, and four children: Bailee, 10, Pitch, 8, Tripp, 5, and Remmi, 2.
The Cattle Business Weekly said they selected Hager based on his “work in North Dakota’s cattle industry and involvement with the Limousin breed.”
The Top 10 list was announced in the Cattle Business Weekly’s annual herd reference guide magazine published in October. The list is also posted at CattleBusinessWeekly.com.
