Champions Named in the 2018 NWSS Junior Limousin Show

Members of the North American Limousin Junior Association paraded their Limousin and Lim-Flex entries in the 2018 National Western Stock Show junior show. The show was held Tuesday, January 9 in the NWSS Stadium Arena, Denver. Judge Chan Phillips, Maysville, Ky., evaluated the 14 Limousin and 31 Lim-Flex animals.

Continuing her winning ways was FLWY Purple Ribbon, adding NWSS junior show grand champion Limousin female to her impressive resume. Exhibited by Madison Ratliff, Westphalia, Kan., FWLY Purple Ribbon is a May 28, 2016 daughter of RBLH Air Force One and is an 81 percent Limousin female.

The reserve champion Limousin female was exhibited by Erin Dilger Lawrence, Hebron, Ohio. TASF Dignity 035D is an 81 percent Limousin female born on April 3, 2016 and sired by RBLH Air Force One.

In the Lim-Flex heifer show, grand champion Lim-Flex female was Auto Dana 265D ET exhibited by Ben Spencer, Gibbon, Neb. She is a 54 percent Lim-Flex female born April 1, 2016 and sired by MAGS Aviator.

The reserve champion Lim-Flex female was exhibited by Sara Sullivan, Dunlap, Iowa. WLR Eden ET is a 50 percent Lim-Flex heifer born March 2, 2017 and sired by Silveiras Style 9303.
