Lot of 50 Black females – $1,675/head

50 Red Females, purchased by Butch Joachim, Diamond V Ranch, Selfridge, N.D.
50 Black Females, purchased by Greg Smith, Marion, N.D.

A special thanks to Zach and Jordan Leier of Tappan, North Dakota for consigning the cattle and to Superior Livestock Representative Roger Potter of Braddock, North Dakota for coordinating the sale requirements and promoting the cattle to potential buyers.

Randy Corns, chairman of the HLA bred heifer sale committee, along with committee members Glenn Treftz, Jim Venner, and Dean Summerbell, felt that this sale was a success and they are looking forward to hosting another sale next year.  We would also like to thank Mark Anderson, NALF Executive Director for his support of the sale.
